Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Vela Affirmations ("Vela", "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Use of the App
Vela is a personal affirmations and self-talk app designed for individual use. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not use the App to distribute harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
Subscriptions & Payments
Vela offers a premium subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscription fees are billed through your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Intellectual Property
All content in Vela, including but not limited to affirmation text, design elements, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of Vela Affirmations and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Custom affirmations you create remain your own.
Limitation of Liability
Vela is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App. The affirmations provided are for general wellbeing purposes and are not a substitute for professional mental health advice.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vela Affirmations operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.
